Installation and Setup: System Requirements for Latest Versions of All ESHA Software

System Requirements for Genesis R&D Foods and/or Food Processor:

• Internet Connection required for installation and license activation.
• Minimum of 4GB RAM.
• 8GB Hard disk space.
• Client OS: Windows 8.1, Windows 10.
  • 64-bit OS required for full installation which includes SQL Server Express. 
    32-bit operating systems support the Genesis client only.
  • Windows 11 supported for client only; SQL Server / Database must reside on another operating system.
• Server OS: Windows Server 2012 or later.  For Windows Server 2012 R2, Update1 is required.
• SQL Server versions supported: SQL Server 2014 or later (including Express versions).
• .NET Framework 4.6.2 or later.
• Visual C++ 2017 32 bit (installed with application).

System Requirements for Genesis R&D Supplements:

• Internet Connection required for installation and license activation.
• Minimum of 4GB RAM
• 3GB Hard disk space
• Client OS: Windows 8.1, Windows 10
  • Windows 11 supported for client only; SQL Server / Database must reside on another operating system.
• Server OS: Windows Server 2012 or later
• SQL Server versions supported: SQL Server 2014 or later (including Express versions)
• DirectX 9 with WDDM 1.0 driver.
  • Minimum Window size / resolution: MinWidth = 1366, MinHeight = 768
• .NET Framework 4.6.2 or later.

ESHA Port and ESHA Security Version 4.0 requires Genesis R&D Food or Food Processor version 11.0.
Minimum requirements are the same as Genesis R&D and the Food Processor.
Genesis R&D Supplements does not support ESHA Port.
