Is the image stored on the local user's computer or in the database in a multi-user environment? (if I add an image from my c drive will a user on another user be able to see it?)

At this time it is stored on the user's computer and is user specific. We are looking into possibly storing the Recipe Image 1 and 2 in the database so all users would see that in the future.
