Genesis is counting each login as an active user and our program locks us out with a too many active user warning after so many logins. is there a way to turn this off without IT reseting the program?

Each time a user logs into the program, they are added to the Current Users list. When they close the program they are removed. The licensing structure for Genesis (and the Food Processor) is by concurrent users. If you need more concurrent user licenses you can contact our sales department at 800-659-3742 extension 2, or by email at sales@esha.com
If you don't need more user licenses, confirm the first user is closing the program before you open it with a new user.
