Can ranges be applied for specific ingredients to produce a best/worst case scenario? Formulating to a sodum target for example.

Ranges are not possible to be entered into Genesis. If you have a range, you would need to enter either an average, or min/max if that's what you want, to the ingredient. You could then enter in a note about the ranges to the ingredient.
