  kJ/g kcal/g
Carbohydrate (except polyols) 17 4
Polyols 10 2.4
Protein 17 4
Fat 37 9
Salatrims 25 6
Alcohol (ethanol) 29 7
Organic Acid 13 3
Fibre 8 2
Erythritol 0 0

NOTE: In Genesis R&D, "Carbohydrate" refers to the entered value in the "Carbohydrate (Available)" field.  The value entered in the software assumes the amount of Carbohydrate after removal of polyols.  For example, if all Carbohydrate is 10g, and polyols is 1.5, you should enter 8.5g into the "Carbohydrate (Available)" field.
