Using Photoshop to resize Label for use on the web

In order to make the exported label usable for the web, some adjustment need to be made to it. This tells you how to make those adjustments using Photoshop.

Select High Resolution

  1. Go to the Home ribbon and select Preferences, then go to the Label tab (If using a version prior to version 11, go to View>Preferences>Label).
  2. Change the resolution to your preferred level.
  3. Click OK.

Export the Label

  1. Right-click on the Label and select Export > as Image > to File.
  2. Open exported Label in Photoshop.
  3. In Photoshop, go to Image > Mode > Grayscale.
  4. Click OK.
  5. Go to Image > Image Size.
  6. Change the Pixel Dimensions to the desired size.
  7. Change Resolution to 72 pixels/inch.
  8. Click OK.
  9. Save your Label.

You can also export the Label Display as a Vector PDF by going to the Label Display, right clicking, and choosing "Print as Vector".
