Data Detail. Is there a way to go to more detail breakdown of an ingredient such as Frozen Sweetened Peaches, and have the multi-column broken down to sucrose, fructose etc.?

We publish the nutritional data that is provided to us by our data sources. For the frozen peaches above, if the manufacturer did not provide sugar breakdown data, and we were not able to find the data in another source, those fields would be blank in our database.
