UK Data. Does ESHA offer the UK Database?

Yes.  UK food composition tables are published in McCance & Widdowson’s The Composition of Foods series. The latest publication, the 7th edition, provides updated information on the nutritional content of nearly 3000 foods, including levels of fat, sodium, fibre, carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals.

McCance and Widdowson's The Composition of Foods series are available with the Fall 2015 and subsequent releases of ESHA software.
