This error has to do with a prerequisite of the program not installing correctly, often times there is need to repair the Visual C++ File that installs as part of the program. You can go to the Windows start menu and choose Run or Search and type in %temp%
to open the temp folder. Open the EshaPrerequisites folder in the temp folder and double-click the vcredist_x86.exe file. You should have an option to repair. Once that is done try running the program again. You can also download the file from the link below if you have trouble finding the copy in the temp folder.
