Exercises - Selections

Q.  I am not finding the exercises I need in the database.  Can you add these?

A.  The exercise data comes from the latest tables published by the American College of Sports Medicine.  These tables are updated periodically.  The program uses the MET values seen on the screen to the right of the exercise names for the calculations. MET is the measure of exercise intensity. The higher the MET value, the more intense the exercise. So if you can’t find your specific exercise in the list, pick an exercise of comparable type and intensity, and the program calculations should be close.
