When adding new ingredients to the data file, I would like to know how to change the unit of measure, sometimes it is "EACH" and that option does not always appear, can you tell me how this feature can be modified?

This would be specific to the ingredient that is entered. Some items have a specific "Each", "Slice", ect type of measurement. Some items have a volume measurement (cup, fl ounce, liter, ect), and some items only have a weight measurement. It depends on what information we can get from the source.
