Cloud application crashes with error "Remote Desktop connection has stopped working" on HP computer

On some HP computers running Windows 8 and Windows 10, there may be a compatibility issue between Windows Remote Desktop and HP Simplepass. Simplepass is a password storage software that comes pre-loaded in many HP computers. The easiest fix for this is to uninstall the Simplepass software if you are not using it. You can uninstall it by right clicking on your Start Menu, and select "Programs and Features". Then select the HP Simplepass software and choose "Uninstall".
