Recipes with Marinade

Q.  How should I account for the marinade in my recipe?  If approximately 60% of a marinade needs to be added to a recipe, what is the best way to go about adding that to the recipe?

A.  Enter a recipe for the marinade.

Create a separate recipe for the final product or recipe.  

Add the appropriate amount of marinade to the final product recipe.
