Missing Dialog and Message Boxes Cloud Accounts

With an item open (Ingredient, Recipe, etc), often the message box or dialog box which requires a response does not readily appear onscreen.  Only after you click away somewhere outside the program (on the Windows Taskbar, or into another monitor or application) does the window requiring the prompt appear.

This seems to prevalent on certain versions of Windows 10.  Microsoft released in late June 2018 the following patch that seems to clear up this issue, you can find that patch and more information on the update here:
